Place the device in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

Shipping Labels

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
